Brief History of the Agency

Haven Focused, LLC was founded in 2008, operating with an unparalleled passion for providing community-based services, meeting the needs of our clients. We are successful with reaching various populations, races, and creeds, via establishing a multi-bilingual team of Burmese, Creole, French, and Spanish.

Current State of the Agency

Haven Focused is in partnership with Indiana Department of Child Services, the Juvenile System, schools and community churches to provide community-based services, these community-based services focus on family reunification. The services are, Home-Based Casework, Home-based Therapy, Homemaker/Parent Aid, Counseling, Diagnostic and Evaluation, Functional Family Therapy, Parent Education, Parent/Functioning Assessment, Transition from Restrictive Placement, Truancy Termination, Tutoring/Literacy, Support Group for Resource Families, Resource Family Support Services, Domestic Violence Victim and Child, Domestic Violence Batterer, Father Engagement Program, Comprehensive Home based Services, Child Mental Health Initiative, Family Centered Treatment, Therapeutic Supervised Visit, Visit Supervision. We are successful with reaching various populations, races, and creeds, establishing a multi-bilingual team of Creole, Burmese, French and Spanish.

Services are provided in these current counties, Blackford, Carroll, Cass, Clay, Clinton, Boone, Delaware, Fountain, Fulton, Grant, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Howard, Huntington, Madison, Marion, Miami, Morgan, Montgomery, Parke, Putnam, Sullivan, Tippecanoe, Tipton, Vermillion, Vigo, Wabash, Warren, White.

 

Haven Focused has been intentional about developing and securing strong relationships within the community, which offers effective outcomes for the clients we serve.
